Nursing Concierge Packages
Private-pay nursing and in-home companion care in Wilson, NC. Scheduled nursing visits and monthly nursing memberships are listed below. Companion plans run on a prepaid 28-day cycle: Essential (48 hours), $1,489.92; Preferred (80 hours), $2,432; Premier (160 hours), $4,710.40. Shifts have a 4-hour minimum. Unused hours do not roll over unless the service agreement states otherwise. Schedule and eligibility are confirmed after consultation and assessment.

Elite Twice-Daily
Elite Twice-Daily Nursing: $225 per day for two scheduled nursing visits. This is not continuous or 24/7 monitoring.
PRN Wellness Visit
PRN nursing visit: $85 for a Basic Wellness Visit (30–45 minutes) or $125 for a Premium Concierge Nursing Visit (up to 60 minutes). Appointment availability and services are confirmed after assessment.
Post-Hospital Transition Visit
Post-hospital transition visit: $175. Nursing check-in and care coordination after discharge, with next steps tailored to the assessment and plan of care.
Medical Accompaniment
Provider-visit advocacy and care coordination: $100 per hour. Hospital or facility advocacy: $125 per hour, with a 2-hour minimum. Scope and scheduling are confirmed in advance.
Wound Care Support
Routine wound care visit: $125. Initial or complex wound care starts at $175, following assessment and confirmation of orders and care needs.
Post-Op Recovery Overnight
Post-Op Recovery Overnight: $550 per night. Nursing support is tailored to the post-operative care plan, assessment findings, and applicable orders.
Overnight Care Options
Overnight options: Peaceful Night Check-In, $275/night; Safety & Support Overnight, $425/night; Premium Continuous Overnight RN, up to 10 hours for $700/night, with additional hours at $85/hour. Assessment confirms the recommended level and schedule.
Complex Wound Management
Complex wound care starts at $175, following nursing assessment and confirmation of applicable orders and the care plan.
Elderly Advocacy & Oversight
Senior care advocacy and coordination: $100 per hour. Hospital or facility advocacy: $125 per hour, with a 2-hour minimum. Scheduling and scope are confirmed in advance.
Silver Wellness
Silver Wellness Membership: $399/month. Includes 4 Basic Wellness Visits, a monthly medication review, authorized family updates, and preferred scheduling.
Gold Concierge
Gold Concierge Membership: $699/month. Includes 4 Premium Concierge Nursing Visits and 2 Basic Wellness Visits, plus medication reconciliation, care coordination, authorized family updates, and preferred scheduling.
Platinum Concierge
Platinum Concierge Membership: $1,199/month. Includes up to 8 Premium Concierge Nursing Visits, a monthly nursing review, medication reconciliation, care-plan updates, priority scheduling, and up to 2 advocacy/care-coordination hours. Additional services are quoted separately; no 24/7 response is included.
